Role Overview

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the Moxpost product roadmap and drive the development of features that genuinely transform how small business owners manage their social media presence. You'll sit at the intersection of customer insight, business strategy, and engineering execution — translating what small business owners need into a product that feels effortless, powerful, and unlike anything else on the market. This is a high-ownership role where you'll define what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success.

What You’ll Do

You'll own the product from discovery to delivery and beyond — working closely with the engineering, AI,design, and marketing teams to ship features that make a real difference to small business owners. You'll be the voice of the customer inside the team, the translator between business goals and technical execution, and the keeper of aclear, prioritised, evidence-driven roadmap.

  • Own and maintain a clear, prioritised product roadmap that balances customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Conduct ongoing customer research and discovery —talking to small business owners regularly to deeply understand their workflows, frustrations, and goals.
  • Write clear, detailed product requirements and user stories that give the engineering team everything they need to build with confidence.
  • Define success metrics for every feature and track them post-launch to ensure real impact is being delivered.
  • Lead sprint planning and prioritisation sessions in close collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Work with the AI engineer to identify opportunities where intelligence can be applied to improve product outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure product positioning and messaging accurately reflects product capability.
  • Synthesise feedback from support, sales, and usage data into clear product decisions.

What We’re Looking For

We want a product manager who is genuinely curious about users — someone who gets energy from talking to customers, digging into data, and turning insights into product clarity. You're comfortable with ambiguity, skilled at making prioritisation decisions with imperfect information, and able to bring a cross-functional team together around a shared vision.

  1. 3–6+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or consumer software.
  2. Demonstrated ability to ship products that users love —with evidence of both process and outcome.
  3. Strong customer empathy and experience conducting user research and translating insights into decisions.
  4. Data-driven mindset — comfortable with product analytics tools and defining/tracking meaningful metrics.
  5. Excellent written communication skills — you write specs and briefs that are clear, complete, and acted on.
  6. Ability to work closely with engineering teams — you understand technical constraints and communicate them clearly.
  7. Experience working in a fast-moving, early-stage or scaling product environment.
  8. Genuine interest in AI-powered products and the small business market is a strong plus.

Health, dental, and vision benefits.
A fast-moving, ambitious team that values craft, ownership, and outcomes.
