Yes. On request, Moxpost will send you a preview of upcoming posts via WhatsApp before they're published. You can approve them as-is, ask for changes, or skip any post — all by simply replying to the message.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Moxpost offers a 7-day free trial for all plans. You get full access to your chosen plan during the trial period so you can see real results before committing. Your Credit Card will not be charged untill the free trial ends.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from within your account. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties or fees for changing plans.

Yes. You can disconnect Moxpost from any social platform at any time directly through that platform's settings — for example, Instagram's connected apps section. Disconnecting immediately stops all posting and engagement activity on that platform.

If you cancel your account, your data is retained for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate. After 90 days, all personal data and business information associated with your account is permanently deleted from our systems.

Just send Moxpost a message letting us know. We can pause posting during your absence and resume automatically when you're back.
