No. Moxpost works entirely through WhatsApp or iMessage — apps you already use every day. There's no new software to install, no dashboard to log into, and no learning curve. If you can send a text message, you can use Moxpost.

Moxpost uses this information to create posts tailored specifically to your business type, location, and audience. You can update us anytime and we'll adjust your content immediately.
Moxpost monitors your social pages around the clock. When a customer comments on a post or sends a DM, Moxpost responds automatically in a warm, professional tone — sharing your hours, services, booking links, or answering common questions. The tone and key information can be customised anytime via WhatsApp.
Yes, absolutely. Just send Moxpost a message on WhatsApp or iMessage — something like "running 20% off this Friday" or "we just added a new service" — and Moxpost will create and schedule a post for it immediately. No forms, no uploads, no editing required.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from within your account. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties or fees for changing plans.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no setup fees, no onboarding charges, no per-post fees, and no surprise charges. Everything included in your plan is available from day one.
Yes. Switching to annual billing saves you 30% compared to paying monthly. The discount is applied automatically when you select annual billing at checkout or in your account settings.
Account & Security
Yes. Moxpost connects to your social accounts using official platform APIs and standard OAuth authentication — the same secure method used by all major social media management tools. We never store your passwords and cannot access anything beyond what is needed to publish posts and manage engagement on your behalf.
Your business information is used solely to create and manage content for your account. It is never sold to third parties, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose other than delivering the Moxpost service to you.
Yes. You can disconnect Moxpost from any social platform at any time directly through that platform's settings — for example, Instagram's connected apps section. Disconnecting immediately stops all posting and engagement activity on that platform.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Moxpost operates on secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with regular security audits and 99.9% uptime.
If you cancel your account, your data is retained for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate. After 90 days, all personal data and business information associated with your account is permanently deleted from our systems.

You can reach the Moxpost support team directly via WhatsApp, iMessage, or email. Growth and Pro plan customers receive priority support with faster response times. We aim to respond to all support enquiries within 4 hours during business hours.
