Role Overview

We're looking for a driven, consultative Account Executive to help grow Moxpost's customer base across the small business market. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to closed deal — working with inbound leads and building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting. You'll become an expert in the problems small business owners face with social media and position Moxpost as the obvious solution. This is an early-stage role with significant impact, growth potential, and the opportunity to shape how Moxpost sells.

What You’ll Do

You'll be the face of Moxpost for prospective customers — responsible for understanding their business, demonstrating genuine value, and guiding them to a confident buying decision.You'll manage a full pipeline of opportunities, move deals forward efficiently, and build the kind of relationships that result in long-term customers and referrals.

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to close.
  • Conduct discovery calls to deeply understand each prospect's challenges and goals.
  • Deliver compelling, personalised product demos that connect Moxpost's features to real business outcomes.
  • Manage a healthy, well-qualified pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and share field insights.
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
  • Identify patterns in customer objections and feed insights back into product and marketing.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is genuinely energized by the sales process — someone who listens carefully, asks smart questions, and earns trust quickly. You understand that great selling is about solving problems, not pushing products. You're organized, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you're measured on results.

  1. 2–4+ years of B2B or SMB sales experience, ideally in SaaS or marketing technology.
  2. Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
  3. Strong consultative selling skills — you diagnose before you prescribe.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, in writing and on calls.
  5. Comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline with multiple deals at different stages.
  6. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  7. Genuine empathy for small business owners and understanding of their daily challenges.
