Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own and execute Moxpost's go-to-market strategy across allchannels. You'll be responsible for driving awareness, generating qualified leads, and building a brand that resonates deeply with small business owners across the US. This is a broad, high-ownership role — you'll move across content, paid, organic, partnerships, and campaigns — and you'll have theautonomy to build the marketing function the right way from an early stage.
What You’ll Do
You'll take full ownership of Moxpost's marketing output — from strategy and planning through to execution and measurement. You'll work closely with the founders, sales team, and product team to align marketing activity with business goals and ensure every campaign drives real, measurable impact.
- Develop and own Moxpost's marketing strategy across paid, organic, content, and social channels.
- Plan and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and high-quality lead generation for the sales team.
- Build and manage a content program — blog posts, case studies, email sequences, and social content — that educates and converts small business owners.
- Own the Moxpost brand voice and ensure consistency across all customer touch points.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and relevant SMB platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance —translating data into clear decisions.
- Build and manage relationships with media, influencers, and partner channels relevant to the small business market.
- Work closely with sales to ensure marketing-generated leads are high quality and well-nurtured.
What We’re Looking For
We want a marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution — someone who can set direction, build a plan, and then roll up their sleeves and get it done. You understand the small business market and know how to build trust with an audience that is time-poor, skeptical of complexity, and motivated by tangible outcomes.
- 5–8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, SMB tools, or marketing technology.
- Proven ability to drive measurable results across multiple channels simultaneously.
- Strong content marketing skills — you can write compellingly and brief others effectively.
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns with meaningful budgets.
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable with analytics tools, attribution, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-moving, early-stage or growth-stage company.
- Genuine understanding of and empathy for small business owners.
